When I was going through the ingredients of this recipe of Baked Chicken Pasta by Chef Zakir, I realized there was no green chilli or red chilli to make it spicy. Yes there was black pepper and that too half a teaspoon. Since my family has to have generous amount of spice therefore I increased the amount of black pepper from half a teaspoon to 2 to 3 tablespoons. The result was amazing. The picture of this pasta seems dull because I didn’t place tomatoes on top. I think adding capsicum in the end along with bread crumbs may have added colour to it. However as I said the taste was delicious and my family too enjoyed this meal.
